Delivery Policy
- Shipping Timeframe: Orders are shipped within 3-7 business days. Processing takes 1-2 business days.
- Shipping Charges: Free shipping on all orders within Pakistan.
- Order Tracking: Tracking information is provided via email once your order ships.
- Failed Delivery Attempts: Courier will attempt delivery multiple times. If undelivered, the order may be returned to us. We will contact you for re-delivery or refund.
- Damaged or Lost Packages: Report immediately to customer support for resolution.

- Non-Returnable Items: Custom-printed/personalized products, used or damaged items post-delivery, products without original packaging and accessories.
